Check Out Reports

A Check Out Report comprises of the following:

– The cleanliness and condition detailed at check-in will be compared against the cleanliness and condition on check-out.

– All differences will be noted and photographed in the report. Fair wear and tear taken into consideration. 

– Smoke and Co2 alarms will be tested and meter readings will be taken.

The report will be emailed to you on the day of completion.

Please refer to Terms & Conditions for the expected number of rooms in a property. Additional rooms over standard will require an extra charge.

Furnished properties will be quoted individually, dependent on the quantity of furnishings.
