Schedule of Condition / Inventory

A schedule of condition, or inventory, is a compliant and accurate report which includes:

– Colour photos, detailing the property, any furniture and fittings and the condition at the time of the report. 

– Meter readings taken and smoke and CO2 alarms checked to ensure they are in working order.

The report will be emailed to you on the day of completion.

Please refer to Terms & Conditions for the expected number of rooms in a property. Any additional rooms over standard will require an extra charge. 

Furnished properties will be quoted individually, dependent on the quantity of furnishings.
