Mid Term Inspections

A Mid Term Inspection is conducted midway through the tenancy, to check the current conditions of the property and highlight any potential breaches of the tenancy agreement and any maintenance issues.

The report will be emailed to you on the day of completion.

Please refer to Terms & Conditions for the expected number of rooms in a property. Additional rooms over standard will require an extra charge.

Furnished properties will be quoted individually, dependent on the quantity of furnishings.
